September 27th, 2011 – Amsterdam, the Netherlands – Bonnier Media, one of the leading book publishing groups in Germany has started implementing Elvis DAM as their central digital asset management solution.

Elvis will help the Bonnier Media employees to manage selection, editing processes and distribution of digital content. The main focus will be the centralization of the growing amount of images, produced books and layouts stored at the 6 Bonnier locations throughout Germany. Also the produced content for print, online and tablets will be automatically archived. Elvis DAM will also be tightly integrated with Pondus, the planning and marketing system used by Bonnier.

German certified Elvis DAM implementation partners mediafluxx and 3f8h.net/electronic publishing have teamed up to perform the full implementation, including installation, configuration, training and first-line support. Bastiaan Born, Commercial Director at dutchsoftware.com, says: “The Elvis DAM implementation is a huge step forward for Bonnier Media, it allows them to centralize and gain easy access to their digital content. They can now start to monetize their digital intellectual property”.

Elvis 2.5 offers the most powerful media search engine in the DAM market today and has an acclaimed intuitive user interface. On top of that Elvis 2.5 introduces a new API with open source HTML5 and AIR sample clients. These will allow business partners and customers to create and customize their own syndication site, video portal, mobile viewer and more.
